Lake Washington Apts.  Seattle, WA.  379 Units.  Rooney Partners worked with SEED to structure and source capital for the buyout of their co-GP in an existing 4% LIHTC project.  Utilizing a creative strategy, Rooney Partners sourced capital from Amazon HEF, Enterprise Community Partners, and Rainier Valley Community Development Fund to effective close in 3/2024.

Maddux, Mt. Baker Neighborhood Seattle, WA.  217 Units - Completed 2022. (Mt Baker Housing).  4% LIHTC via R4 Capital, T/E Debt via R4 Funding, City of Seattle Office of Housing, Dept. of Ecology, Rainier Valley CDF.

Grand Street Commons, South Block. Judkins Park, Seattle, WA.  202 Units - Completion late 2024. (Mt. Baker Housing).  Partnership with Lake Union Partners / HAL Real Estate.  4% LIHTC via PNC Bank, T/E Debt via Citi Community Capital, City of Seattle Office of Housing, Rainier Valley CDF, Dept of Ecology.

Via 7, Rainier Beach Neighborhood, Seattle, WA.  225 Units - In Progress - Entitled, City Funded via City of Seattle Office of Housing, Not Started.  (Mt. Baker Housing)

Mt Baker Village, New Construction.  Mt. Baker Neighborhood, Seattle, WA. 48 Units - Completed 2019. (Mt. Baker Housing).  4% LIHTC via National Equity Fund.  T/E Debt via Union Bank.
